What the limits mean
- Notification channels is the number of channels a single monitor can alert.
- Monitoring locations is the number of regions a single uptime monitor can check from.
- Minimum check interval is the shortest interval you can set on a monitor.
- Data retention is how long check results are kept.
- Projects group monitors; each project can have a status page.
Billing
- The Free plan needs no credit card.
- Paid plans are paid from prepaid credit. You top up your balance through Stripe, and your plan is charged monthly from that credit.
- The prices shown are the final monthly prices.
- Extra SMS beyond those included in your plan are priced per message, depending on the provider and destination region.
Idle pause on the Free plan
On the Free plan, monitors stop being checked if you don’t log in at least once every 30 days. We send a reminder email 7 days before, unless you have unsubscribed from these emails. To start monitoring again, log in and resume your paused monitors. More in the FAQ.
